$30 value for Members getting the annual flu shot, between the months of September through November 2024.
$20 value for Members getting the annual flu shot, between the months of December 2024 through August 2025.
Reward Details
- All ages.
- Reward available once per program year.
- Activity must be completed between September 1, 2024, and August 31, 2025.
- To earn reward points, you must either call us at 1-855-651-5093 (TTY: 1-844-488-9731) to report your flu shot, or report your flu shot online. You will not receive reward points for completing this activity unless you report it.
- Reward points can only be used to shop for items in the rewards catalog.
- Reward points cannot be used to purchase alcohol or tobacco. Reward points have no cash value and cannot be converted into cash.
