• The current status of Medicaid coverage that may be impacted by the end of the COVID-19 federal public health emergency (PHE) and learn about PCHP’s Outreach Initiatives for connecting with members as the continuous Medicaid enrollment requirement is lifted.
• Updates from PCHPs Health Services team related to prior authorizations and utilization management.
• Review of PCHP’s new FindHelp platform which serves members by connecting them to local organizations offering necessary resources like food, housing, childcare, transportation, and legal services.
• NICU Transfer Services – Care Integration
• LabCorp process for PCHP providers.
