To apply for benefits, Texas HHSC requires proof of identification, income, residence, and immigration status. You must provide at least one of the documents listed under each category below.
To renew benefits, you must notify Texas HHSC of any changes since your last application or renewal. Only update the documents requested by Texas HHSC.
