Baby Shower in honor of Black Maternal Health Week

This will be a 3-hour event that focuses on enlightening our pregnant members on conditions that affect birth outcomes in the Black community. Brought to you by Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic and Parkland Community Health Plan.  

This event is open to the public, Parkland Community Health Plan Members and Parkland Health and Hospital System patients. Limited seating available; one guest per mom.
