- Must be a member during postpartum checkup.
- Activity must be completed between September 1, 2026, and August 31, 2027 to earn this reward.
- Reward is available in approximately 3 months.
- Rewards can only be used to shop for items in the rewards catalog (including gift cards, toys, household items, and more) and cannot be converted to cash.
- Rewards cannot be used to purchase alcohol or tobacco.
