$20 reward for members* diagnosed with ADHD who have a follow-up visit with the prescribing doctor within 30 days of filling their first prescription.
An additional $20 reward annually for members* who follow up with their provider 2 times within 9 months of starting ADHD medication.

Reward Details
- Ages 6-12.
- Must have a diagnosis of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
- Must fill the medication prescription and attend a follow-up appointment within 30 days of filling the prescription.
- Reward available once per program year.
- Rewards are available in approximately 3 months.
- Activity must be completed between September 1, 2025, and August 31, 2026 to earn this reward.
- Rewards can only be used to shop for items in the rewards catalog (including gift cards, toys, household items, and more) and cannot be converted to cash.
- Rewards cannot be used to purchase alcohol or tobacco.
