Parkland Community Health Plan (PCHP) is a managed care organization that provides services for recipients of STAR, the Texas Medicaid managed care program, and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) in seven North Texas counties. We were founded by our parent organization, Parkland Health, in 1999 to help provide quality care in our local communities.
