Getting ready for a new season? Parkland Community Health Plan helps keep young athletes healthy and ready to play.
Members ages 5 through 19 can get one free Sports Physical each school year at their assigned in-network Primary Care Provider’s (PCP) office or clinic. The exam checks overall health and makes sure it’s safe for your child or teen to participate in sports or other school activities.
Sports Physicals are a great way to stay connected with your doctor and support your child’s well-being all year long.
Please note: Sports Physicals do not replace Texas Health Steps checkups.
