Members can receive up to 10 healthy, home-delivered meals per month following their pregnancy. STAR and CHIP members can get meals for 3 months after their pregnancy ends. CHIP Perinate members can get meals for up to 2 months following their pregnancy.
Modify Health (in partnership with Medline) is PCHP’s new meal provider and you can register at https://athome.medline.com/pchp.
Important: It’s best to register after your baby is born or as close to your due date as possible. Meal delivery will start as soon as you sign up.
