Parkland Community Health Plan (PCHP) was started in 1999 by Parkland Health. PCHP is a managed care organization that provides services for Texas STAR Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) recipients in Dallas and surrounding counties. 

Please note: Parkland Community Health Plan and Parkland Health are two different organizations. When you apply at PCHP, you are applying for a position with the health plan and not the hospital. During your search, look for positions with “PCHP” in the name.
